The cost of healthcare is an important consideration. We are constantly working to balance your need for the best possible care with affordable access to that care.
PAyment Information
Chiropractic Services:
We currently provide in-network services for Regence, and we will bill them directly. For clients insured with other companies, clients pay at their time-of-service and we provide a superbill (a specialized receipt for healthcare services) upon request. You may submit your superbill to your company for possible partial reimbursement at out-of-network rates.
We are working as a team to re-think the financial aspect of our practice. Insurance company policies and procedures are impacting our ability to provide the highest standard of care, and the most important reason that we are here is to help you. We think that the best way to maintain the highest standard of care is to remove insurance companies from our relationship with you.
We are currently in the process of transitioning out of accepting insurance reimbursement. This will happen slowly over time, and we will let you know if and when this will affect you if you are a current client. If you have questions about insurance or billing, please call our office manager, Glenda Tavernakis, who will be happy to assist you.
Programs that we plan to continue to bill for our clients long-term:
Medicare
Labor and Industries
Auto insurance companies that offer Personal Injury Protection
Medicare Policy
We are not enrolled with Medicare and cannot accept payment directly from them.
Patients are responsible for payment at the time of service. As a courtesy, we will submit claims to Medicare on your behalf. If eligible, reimbursement will be sent directly to you.
Please note: Medicare typically covers adjustments only and will not cover the initial exam.
If you have questions, our front desk is happy to assist you.
