We currently provide in-network services for several insurance companies. If we are in-network with your insurance company, we will bill them directly. For clients insured with other companies, clients pay at their time-of-service and we provide a superbill (a specialized receipt for healthcare services) upon request. You may submit your superbill to your company for possible partial reimbursement at out-of-network rates.

We are working as a team to re-think the financial aspect of our practice. Insurance company policies and procedures are impacting our ability to provide the highest standard of care, and the most important reason that we are here is to help you. We think that the best way to maintain the highest standard of care is to remove insurance companies from our relationship with you.

We are currently in the process of transitioning out of accepting insurance reimbursement. This will happen slowly over time, and we will let you know if and when this will affect you if you are a current client.
